The Bellefonte Historical Railroad Society will hold its Fall Foliage Festival with Train Rides and a Halloween parade October 20 & 21 starting at 10 a.m. at Tallyrand Park. Enjoy the fall foliage as you ride in Penn Valley Railroad's beautifully-restored, vintage passenger coaches along Spring Creek and through the Bald Eagle Valley.
