Photographer Sally Wiener Grotta is bringing her "Pennsylvania Hands" exhibit to the Centre county Library in Bellefonte October 4-31. “Pennsylvania Hands” (a regional focus of “American Hands”) is Sally Wiener Grotta's visual celebration of those individuals who keep alive the traditional crafts that built our state's dynamically diverse culture and established the underpinnings of our present-day society. Altrusa International is having their annual pasta fundraiser for the State College Area School District Community Education's literacy endowment. The sale features a ravioli variety pack (2 pounds of three cheese, 1 pound of pizza and one pound of pumpkin) for $28 per box. The deadline to place an order is October 18.
