Photographer Sally Wiener Grotta is bringing her "Pennsylvania Hands" exhibit to the Centre county Library in Bellefonte October 4-31. “Pennsylvania Hands” (a regional focus of “American Hands”) is Sally Wiener Grotta's visual celebration of those individuals who keep alive the traditional crafts that built our state's dynamically diverse culture and established the underpinnings of our present-day society.
